What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited e-mail sent to someone without
their consent with your WONDERTRACKER.COM referral
link or any of our allied services sites link in
it. This
may include mass postings to Usenet Newsgroups
and/or abuse of chat rooms, forums, buddy lists,
ICQ, MIRC, Fax or Voice blasts, or any other
on-line communication system. Members of these
lists that are permitted to advertise are of
course welcome to do so. The key word here is
"unsolicited"!
Our Anti-Spam Policy
Any member that
was proven to have Spammed will have his/her
membership cancelled immediately, will forfeit all
of the downlines and commissions due (if there are any), and
will be banned from our program forever. Any form
of spam promoting this site ruins the image and
reputation of all responsible members. For this
reason, we will take immediate action against
anyone who violates this policy.
If
someone reports you or your
WONDERTRACKER.COM replicated
site for SPAMMING, we will remove your web page
from our servers immediately with or without
notice. If, after researching the
complaint, you are found to have SPAMMED, then we
will immediately, without warning, terminate your
account without refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information Collection and Use of
Information In order to avail
of our various services, a user must first
complete a registration process. During
registration a user is required to give his
contact information (name and email address). This
information is used to contact the user about the
service on our site for which he has expressed
interest. We will not sell, share, or rent
personal information to others.
Security This website takes
every precaution available to protect our users'
personal information. When a user submits
sensitive information via our site, his
information is protected both online and off-line.

Correction/Updating Personal Information If a user's

Right to Cancel Our Members can
cancel membership by contacting Admin via email at
cancel@WONDERTRACKER.COM. We will remove your email and other
information when you cancel. The
subscription account will also be deleted by Admin
unless we cannot do so from our end because of
some technicalities upon the happening of which
the users will be contacted to terminate it from
their end. You will not receive
any contact or billing after your cancellation.
Site and Service Updates By signing up for
our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional
e-mails from WONDERTRACKER.COM or our
sponsors/advertiser ads. You may remove yourself
from these mailings at any time. HOWEVER, removal
from the mailing list will mean termination of
your account including the accounts you created
and loss of all downlines.
REFUND POLICY
WONDERTRACKER.COM has a 72-Hour Refund policy
after payment of monthly subscriptions for its PRO members.
This is aside from the 3-day Free Trial membership that gives every PRO member
the chance to review the products and services
offered to the Membership.
The mere act
of signing up to PRO membership constitute your
full understanding of the program and rendered you
aware of the responsibilities of what you are
joining in.
After expiration of the 72-hour review period, you
acknowledge and agree to abide by
WONDERTRACKER.COM's “No refund policy.”
The same
72-hour period applies to regular monthly
subscription payments.
Chargebacks,
fraud etc. will be prosecuted to the fullest
extend of the law and will be reported to the
issuing bank and merchant accounts.
